Modern orthodontic treatments are now more advanced and discreet than traditional metal braces and allow teeth to be straightened much more conveniently and discreetly.
As the name suggests, Six Month Smiles braces can straighten teeth in under half the time of traditional orthodontic appliances (which typically take between 12 and 18 months). This is because they are designed specifically for cosmetic purposes and are focused on straightening only the more visible front teeth. The brackets fitted to the front of the teeth are clear making them less noticeable than traditional metal braces.
The Inman Aligner is a removable orthodontic appliance that straightens crowded or protruding teeth. As with Six Month Smiles, the treatment is aimed at straightening the front teeth. The treatment is good for the teeth as it moves them using a continuous but gentle pressure. The other advantages of Inman Aligners are that they are relatively cost-effective and the average treatment time of 4-16 weeks makes them one of the quickest ways to straighten teeth.
Invisalign is an advanced orthodontic treatment that allows teeth to be straightened almost invisibly. The clear, thin aligners are very subtle and difficult to spot when worn, which makes it a great option for those who need their teeth straightened but who want to avoid the look of traditional braces. The aligners are comfortable to wear and, as they are removable, they can be taken out for special occasions such as social or business events. Treatment typically takes between 6 and 18 months.
